Pho Thân Brothers — Restaurant in Seattle

I have gone to this chain of pho places for years! I usually get the soup to go. Last night I got the soup to go, when I got home to make up my soup there was a huge long black hair in the bag with the sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. It was absolutely disgusting! The hair was weaved into the basil! They don’t wear hairnets and they should! I also saw the woman at the counter making up those bags with no gloves on just her bare hand and she didn’t wash them after she took my order touched her computer screen and went to the back to tell them my order. I unfortunately will not be going back here as I feel they are not up to health code with no gloves, and the lady’s hair in the bag of basil, sprouts, jalapeños and they also throw packets of sauce in the bag too. I have come here many times and this is the first I have had such a bad experience. I preordered food which they said would take 5 min and I was less then 10 min away. I arrived and stood there while they talked to each other and didn't even greet me at all. I did see she greeted other people after me very loud and happy. I had to wait for my food which didn't take long but I thought it would be ready when I got there. I get home and find a HAIR in my food. Very upset. I called and let them know and she just said "oh". Didnt offer a solution. This is my favorite pho restaurant in a city with a lot of good pho restaurants. Every soup on the menu is delicious, the portions are enormous, and the price is incredibly low. Service is unparalleled, your food arrives faster than going to a drive through, and you get a complementary cream puff while you wait. In the time it takes to finish your bite-sized hors d'oeuvre your order will be in front of you. A medium bowl is more than enough food for me in one sitting
