Went to go and pick up chocolates quickly as a gift, and the store had no staff in it. Door was wide open but with no one behind the counter. We waited for ~5 minutes, called the phone (which seems to either be wrong or not work), and no one showed up. We left.

I think they are closed?

We love their chocolates and have ordered boxes for the last few years around Valentines. This year I placed an order as usual and got the confirmation and my CC was charged. However no chocolates arrived after more than a week since the order was placed. I emailed no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website and the phone numbers listed for every location - each one I get a "This number is no longer in service" message.

If you are closed then take down your website so it doesn't take money...
