I walked 2.5 miles with my dog into the Magnolia Pet Pros looking for a flea collar. I entered the store and asked the young female, who was more or less draped over the front counter looking extremely bored, where the flea collars were located. She told me the store didn't carry them. In a state of disbelief I summarily turned around and left the store. Well, excuse me all to hell, but aren't you a pet store? Do you normally go out of your way to be unhelpful and turn customers away at the door? Are you too 'exclusive' and PC to carry normal pet brands and items? You can bet that I'll never darken...

I completely dropped the ball and forgot to get my cat food during my Saturday errands. I always hate going into a store ten minutes before they close because I know the employees are trying to get everything closed down for the day. The young lady that worked here went out of her way to be extra kind and helped me find the right food for my kitten. Bonus points-she also helped me pick out a new toy for him that has become his absolute favorite. He carries "blue mouse" around with him everywhere.
