I have enjoyed many purchases from Vixen Collection in Magnolia so I was excited for the new store in Queen Anne.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS STORE'S REFUND POLICY. They don't have one. Even if you purchase something and return the same day you are SOL. But wait, you can have a credit to get something else but no money back.
I do not want to return to the store because I am upset but I have a gift card with my money on it so no choice. There was no sign posted and when I asked if I could return they said yes. NEVER did they say but within 10 days w/receipt and you get a store credit. It is on the receipt that they hand you but again, you bought it so you are out. How do you read the policy before the purchase and they hand you one?

There are a few clothing and accessory boutiques on the Ave but I can assure you Vixen is the best. Seriously, the clothes are SO cute and include everything from Pajamas to athleisure to a Sunday brunch or night out! Thereâs also a bunch of classy jewelry and funny tea towels. Also, the women in the store are exceptional- they greet you when you come in (when did that stop being the norm??) and make you feel so welcome to look around on youâre own, or help you find whatever youâre looking for. When I tried to exchange, I was told that I could not exchange because the item was a sale item even though it was not marked as such on my gift receipt. I even found the same item in the correct size and different color and was still told I could not exchange. No options for me. Not even for me to purchase the item that fit if I paid any difference in cost. Now Iâm stuck with an article of clothing I canât wear knowing a perfect replacement is sitting in the store.
