Anytime Fitness — Local services in Sedalia

The absolute most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I signed a two year contract with Anytime. I had no issues with the facility and the staff during my first year. Halfway through my contract I faced a financial hardship and had to make some adjustments and I knew the contract I signed was going to be an issue. I contacted management explaining my situation and there was no sympathy since they had nothing to gain by ending my contract. Business is business and I fully understood I signed a written contract so that was my mistake and I payed for a full year of service whilst never stepping one foot inside the facility. I would have no complaints if that was the end of it but it gets better. This past month marked the end of my contract. Prior to my membership ending I wanted to confirm that my membership was ending to prevent any confusion I had attempted to call several time with no answer. I left voicemails and started to leave emails. No attempt to reply to me was made. When calling the facility in Sedalia you have the option to contact them as a preexisting member or to contact them as someone starting a membership. After countless attempts of calling their office using the member extension to no avail and my membership ending only a few days away I decided to try something different and called them using the start a new member extension. An immediate response was given to me, the phone didn't even have a dial tone was how quick their office answered my call. Not only do they not care about their customers but they actively avoid them when they need their assistance. I do not respect any business that solely cares about monetary gain and doesn't even give their customers any consideration. On top of all of that even after the company confirmed my membership was cancelled they will not stop trying to pull money from my account. Worst...

I first recommended this gym 6 months ago. I had only been a member for a short time and was already impressed with the gym and the staff. Six months later I’ve accomplished things I never thought possible and with the help of the staff at Anytime this has truly become a lifestyle for me. I can’t begin to thank Cory and Jesmi (Personal Trainers, they are amazing, you should check them out) enough for the motivation and support they give me everyday. Seriously if you need a gym home come to Anytime. The staff, the environment, and the friends you’ll make here are more than worth it. It’s easy to start at a gym and quickly give up, not at Anytime! They never let you give up on yourself. They know you can come in and crush your goals and after being here long enough you’ll believe it too!!! Love my...

I’m giving it a 5 stars for my girls Alexis and Sierra. Everyone who is in charge of the remodel is ZERO STARS. Theres no amenities anymore, no closed off room for a little bit of privacy, no tanning bed, no hydro bed, no color or personality. The remodel isn’t even done and Alexis and Sierra will be having to deal with that not whoever did this remodel. Give us something back, this is just a giant concrete square with eome equipment. NOT EVEN NEW FLOORS STILL THE SAME NASTY OLD FLOORS. NOT EVEN NEW BATHROOMS! The ladies who work here, awesome, fun, encouraging, knowledgeable and have helped me a lot on my journey to health.
