My mom and I have been going to Heather for over 3 years now, starting when I was living in Bellingham for school (my mom is in Seattle). It was a perfect halfway point for us, but even now after I graduated and moved down south we still make the drive an hour north. It is so worth it to us!

Heather is so friendly, compassionate, and down to earth. She does a great job of making her clients feel comfortable and pampered. She’s a wonderful friend and great person to talk to. She takes the time to get to know her clients and remembers every thing they like to make for a very personalized and professional experience each time they come in.

Heather gives me the perfect blonde I’m looking for every single time. She is incredibly thorough and clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does because I always leave her salon looking and feeling spectacular.

My husband and I travel in our RV seeing the nation, so I can tell you how difficult it is to find a good hairstylist on the fly. I called around and asked the women in the area before choosing Rustic Roots and hairstylist Haley. I am so glad I did. She is very professional and skilled. I walked out with a beautiful hair color and cut. She was able to match my color beautifully and seamlessly. Wish I could take her with me on my travels. LOL 😂. Besides all these wonderful praises, their prices are very reasonable compared to all the other salons in the area. I hope this doesn’t change because when we come back to the area I will definitely choose Rustic Roots and Haley for my beauty...

This I little late of a post. Life got busy with holidays and family birthdays. Which is why I chose to go to see Heather to get my hair done! She is easy to talk to and listens to what you want! I was very particular about what I wanted done and she took the extra time to do it. I set her back a little with my time slot but she was very accommodating and patient. Even after I decided later that I wanted toner she still took the time to style it the way I liked. Loved her and have already recommended her to a few people who loved my hair!
