I was in need of an emergency pair of glasses due to losing my original pair (and the spare), in addition to not having been to the eye doc since 2019. I was fit into the schedule with a same day appointment and presented with options for my situation. They verified my insurance information, went over pricing, and patiently went through the process with me all while I was exhausted, emotional, and panicked. I am very grateful to everyone in the front office, the doctor, and all the techs for making my day. I walked out being able to see again with brand new contacts and still having the option to come back and purchase the glasses I want. They patiently showed me how to put in the contacts and remove them and care for them. I have never worn contacts before in my life! The customer service alone is enough to convince me to come back and purchase glasses in person, because I know they will be able to help me pick out the best pair for my face and match my style and be there for me with any questions, comments, and concerns. From the first time I walked through the doors at TSO they knew my name. My first visit was an emergency and they got me back and stopped the pain Dr Turner was very sweet and found the issue quickly. A little bit of antibiotic cream and I was back to 100%. Well not really. I have horrible eyesight. They said "let us take a look when you eye heals and see what we can do". Well that appointment was today. I am legally blind in one eye so don't like getting them displayed. They had a machine that takes pictures of your eyes so we didn't have to dilate them. So I didn't need a ride. Dr Turner worked very hard to make sure I would have better vision than I have now. She wrote me a script that has me seeing better than I have ever had and my insurance paid most of it. I have found the eye doctor that I will have for the rest of my life. The girls at the front are amazing to. This was my son’s first experience at this location, and I really can’t say enough good things about it. They were able to get him an appointment within 24 hours. The staff was friendly, welcoming and good with my son. The office was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Dr. Turner took her time examining my son, and she was very patient with him. We did not feel rushed even though I know she was busy. When picking out new frames, the staff was helpful, informative and thorough. She even remembered my son’s school note when I forgot!
