At first I was not sure if they could give me what I want but they did their best to look for the exact model and color of the vehicle I was looking for. It took a little time but I understood the effort they did. Anthony from sales always answers my call even on his day off and vacation. Matt kept me updated of the situation and made sure I have the car I wanted. The prize was not that far from the market value I expected. They do not put any extra hidden charges in the car's prize which I am impressed. My budget just fit on the prize. During the day of transaction, the people their were very friendly and accommodating. Anthony explained every step and before I signed every paper he showed. Eric did a great job in explaining the whole thing about loan bank payment and vehicle registration. They were excellent. Plus the one thing I was so impressed was they let me take home the new car with me on that same day even if it was still not fully paid by the bank. I was so surprised and happy because I did not expect to have it that day due to some bank payment process. I really needed the car and there they handed me the keys to my new ride. I would not recommend this service department for anything. Had my daughters 2021 Honda Accord here twice. The first time it had completely ruined the rear tires from being out of alignment from the dealership. They said they did a four wheel alignment and replaced the bad two tires. Had it in yesterday for the same problem and the first call I get is from the service technician and he said it was way out of alignment and that it had not been aligned right the last time. So after waiting a few hours the service manager calls me and would not cover the damaged tires that was caused by them in the first place had they done it properly we wouldn’t be in this situation with bad tires. Also said we needed to bring it back next week for the engine light so they could make some calls as they had no idea what to do with it. My appointment was for 1:00 arrived at 12:00 and at 3:30 they had not performed any maintenance to the car. I will never do business with them again.
