Subway — Restaurant in Selma

I just purchased the meal deal of the day which was the 6’ Meatball sub meal. While they were preparing my sandwich, I noticed the bread was half way into being 2 separate pieces. Once I got back to work I recognized that I only had 3 meatballs instead of 4. One of the meatballs was inedible. I couldn’t even bite down into it, it was just that tough. Then as I’m eating, I noticed the bread is tough as well. Then they were out of ranch which isn’t a problem because that happens but they had ranch dressing packets that happened to be FAT FREE……. This Subway seriously needs some help. I don’t frequent here as much as I would like to simply because it is always and I mean always something every time I go. If it’s not the food( order and PAY for a 6inch sub, only to get a 3 to 4 inch subs) it’s the long wait time to get food because they literally move like snails with no place to go. Please get...

I came in today 6/1/21 at around 12:30pm and ordered 2 foot longs. As soon as I walked in I could tell their Air conditioning was not working it was probably about 90 degrees and extremely humid and muggy ... it felt worse inside than it did outside... but the 3 ladies you had working we’re doing an AMAZING job regardless of the AC not working. I gotta give them 5 stars for their amazing customer service and still keeping a smile on their face and taking care of all the customers in a timely mannner! Worst place ever i sent someone to order some subs for me and the fam and the guy working there just just lazy and probably on something! Unacceptable and not the order I wanted and the sub was just like it was ran through the whole neighborhood of hands just awful!!
