MY IPhone 15 was purchased in December of 2024. I know I not only have a warranty but I also have insurance. In January, my calls were dropping and I was unable to receive text messages. I took the phone in. The phone was reset. Three weeks later, the same thing happened. February the same thing happened. In March, I was told, “I’m sorry, your warranty is expired. You will have to purchase a new phone.” Chris who only works on Saturday told this lie. On April 24th, I received more than thirty plus calls on MY house phones. Family members, friends, and church members were upset because they didn’t receive their invitations to MY grandmother’s 109th birthday celebration. Chris stated, “You’re eligible for a replacement phone. Simply dial 611 and they will send you one.” I’ve spoken to seven representatives. A replacement phone was supposed to be sent April 26th. I have the order number. I still don’t have the phone. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had. When this contract is over, I’m using a prepaid card. I will tell everyone I know in Selma NOT to use this company. MY company was thinking about using Verizon, I’m headed to tell them, don’t do it. ...
Read moreThe sales rep name is Lee Wiggins and when I tell you he is the boom meaning the BEST he is certainly that. Me and one of my twin daughters had the best experience with him. He greeted us upon entering the store on Highland Avenue in Selma AL and there were several other customers in the store and he was swift with their needs when he assisted them and when he finished one customer he called the next in line and by the time it was our time to be called the wait was very minimal and his attitude never changed between customers always smiling and entertaining and each and every one he assisted left with a smile and such a welcoming back greeting also and he took extra time to stand up and shake hands and thank everyone he came I contact with and as the other customers left the other reps he thanked them for choosing and being a better part of Verizon this is something you don't see no more but he did it like it was nothing. I love love love this guy and he is definitely a very strong asset to Verison. O and by the way we live our new iPhones...
Read moreI was made to feel very special today during my visit to Verizon. I am in feeling unsure about coming to this location for new phone service. When I arrived, I immediately decided to speak with the Africa American female, but she was busy assisting a customer. Matt became the next available rep. He was so warm, when asking did I need assistance. What the heck, I'll talk to him. The best decision I've had in a very long time. I like the fact that he showed genuine interest in me, which I consider a excellence times 2 customer service. His customer service approach alone makes you want to buy whatever he is selling, because of the efforts he puts forward to assist you. I never would have thought that purchasing a phone could make me feel so good. Thanks Matt for such a wonderful experience. I feel that my time was well spent on my off...
