I had my child’s 7th birthday here. I had never been here before but went with it based on the good reviews. I received a call from the owner of the company to go over the logistics of our booking about a week prior. She thoroughly went over each and every detail and what to expect on the day of event. I was surprised by the attention to detail and the actual care and consideration that was going into our birthday party. I wasn’t just another number on the books with a dollar sign next to my name. I sensed that they really cared. Great companies happen when they have great management. It starts from the top. That is very evident in this location. When we showed up, we were met with equal enthusiasm and attention from all staff. Paul was wonderful. The kiddos loved him and I don’t think any of them stopped laughing for more than 30 seconds. He put so much personality into his presentation that he was almost losing his voice by the end.
The other part I really appreciated and did not expect was that the moment we came through the doors, my responsibility over managing a birthday party was done. I didn’t need to worry about decorations or entertainment for the kids. I was able to put all of my attention into a charcuterie board for the moms and that was all I had to do! From an over achieving mom who goes all out, this was a game changer. The kids loved this event! All parents were raving that their kids have gone on about it for days. We will certainly be signing up for classes. Thank you for all you do YCA, and we will surely...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about this place! My son and daughter started at the chefs Academy two different classes (age) and thrived in the kitchen. They were excited about what they would be making. They were more open to trying their vegetables because they made something out of them. And most of the time, THEY LIKE IT! The recipes are fresh, delicious and we get to keep a copy to remake it again at home. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I’ve never met a more genuine, kindhearted staff of people.
When my oldest (daughter) decided she wanted to focus on tumble instead of cooking, they didn’t give us any issues with it. They wished her the best and Still love to see her when she stops by with me for her brothers chef class.
Her brother, ( my youngest child ) really looks forward to his chef class every week. He loves to cook. He loves to help, and he loves to learn. He feels at home here. From the moment he walks in, he acts like the staff is his long time friends. He’s done so well here and we couldn’t love...
Read moreYoung Chef’s Academy has been a blessing for our family! The staff is always so attentive and patient with the kids. As homeschoolers, my kids wanted something fun and hands on to actively engage their creativity and Young Chef’s Academy has been so fun for them. These classes have encouraged my kids to try foods they would normally not venture to eat at home! The recipes are delicious!! I’ll confess I very happily eat any leftovers :) We’ve also met some other wonderful homeschooling families that attend the weekly classes. If you’re considering Young Chef’s Academy, don’t do yourself a disservice and take the leap, you won’t regret it! You can always start with one cooking class and take it from there. I love that they’re super flexible and they also have some exceptional workshops and camps, all with different themes to choose from. Truly a versatile and creative space for anyone with a...
