Running hot that morning coming from out of town. Decided to change thermostat before my two hr drive home. Change went well until I broke another part during the repair. Debra and Brittany were over the top helpful, trying to identify/locate this part. In the end, a customer came in and "MacGyvered" a permanent solution that saved me hundreds and even more importantly, time. I visited the Senatobia, MS location today because my truck's engine service light was on and needing attention. James assisted me and used his handy-dandy machine to diagnose the issue. I asked for recommendations to get the issue repaired and James happily obliged. He provided me four mechanics in my local area. He also explained the price points for each of the mechanics.
