The salesperson was awesome. Very welcoming and product knowledgeable. I was not happy with my checkout experience. The checkout person automatically added the furniture protection plan to my invoice without asking me first. I Asked him to take it off. Then when I got my receipt I noticed that he never took it off and ran my Visa card with the $58.41 included. But then, he did credit that amount back to my card. I donât like car dealership credit departments for this same reason. They just keep adding stuff without the consent of their customers. You should NEVER add anything extra to a customerâs invoice without asking them. I came back five minutes before the store was to close with a trailer to purchase a $600 couch. I was met at the door by a gentleman who told me he had just closed out his register and they were closing early and I could come back the next day at 10 AM.
