Great guys and good prices. They even went out of their way to find a bolt for my big 105cc monster over 5 foot long chainsaw. They sharpened my blades. Now I can make straight cuts again. It's important when you are making big table tops and other art projects. Plus the walnut and oak is really tough wood. Like cutting through concrete. Actually worse. I like the guys at M&K. They are as I say. "Real people". I hope they stay in business and the "Carborator Kid" takes over some day. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. I haven't bought a mower or a big ticket item yet. But if you do I'm sure the way they help me for little stuff I've had for them to work on, they would do way more for the bigger spenders. But I don't. I think they treat people all the same no matter what you spend. I felt bad that they helped me so much for just a bolt when they could've been helping real customers ya know. That's how nice they are. Down home...

I was greeted in a friendly manner when I walked in the door and offered assistance immediately. I mentioned to the staff that I had zero knowledge on lawnmowers and they took the extra time to explain everything in detail to me, even though the store was closing in less than an hour. The staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The best part is, they did not try to push products on me and gave me plenty of time to make a decision. I felt no pressure! I walked into the store knowing nothing and walked out with a new lawnmower and was even given a full tutorial on how to work the mower, when to maintenance, and many more helpful tips. I am very pleased with the service I received today and would highly recommend M&K...

What a great place.

This place has a great selection of mowers. And the people really know what they are talking about. I brought in my zero turn mower, my pushmower, blower and trimmer. They worked on all of these items even though they are of different manufacturer.

The excellent service started with them. Helping me unload my trailer and then charging me a very reasonable rate, especially considering that I brought them four pieces of equipment.

Considering that I live in Northwest Arkansas, the drive to Joplin Is similar. I would encourage anybody looking for a good motor shop in Northwest Arkansas to consider looking north to this...
