My sister wanted to check this place out as she loves to crochet, knit and cross stitch. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped my sister out in picking yarn for her upcoming project. My sister had questions about some of her projects and was happy to talk with someone who could answer and talk about something she really enjoys. She purchased 4 100gram acrylic yarn from King Cole brand and called beaches. I purchased a cross stitch pattern for a Christmas ornament for her and I purchased two little ornaments at $8 each. From the second upon entering Terri’s yarn shop, we were hit with the unmistakable odor of cigarette smoke. We quickly perused the store because Terri was friendly and was asking about what we like to do with yarn. The cigarette smell was honestly overbearing.
