I don’t know what it is with this store. I was in there yesterday and this customer was just standing by the 5 gallon oil containers and was farting. Just farting and then laughing. It’s like this store draws odd people too it. Now before you go getting all upended about this it’s just occasionally and they’re are very nice people who both work and shop there. But I’ll raise the review to two stars because I had a $20.00 credit which was nice. I usually like coming here. But today was the last time I spend my money at this company. Almost every cashier that works at this location has a huge attitude problem. Not only do they talk about their problems so loud that everyone can hear them, god forbid you have ANY trouble at the register with a credit card. Ya know , stuff happens , and if you can’t take 5 mins to let the customers figure it out go work underground or something. I’m so sick of attitudes from some cashiers. You never know who’s watching or listening. I’ve seen so much theft from there. It’s comical. With 16 years of asset protection experience i know a shoplifter when I see one. AutoZone. Get it...
Read morePurchased an item at Auto Zone, Seymour CT location a few weeks ago and the cashier was extremely unhelpful and not pleasant. I understand its a minimum wage paying position and one doesn't have to be happy with their job but the attitude was down right disrespectful. And I was not the only one in line that felt the same way. I hope this person named Vae R. learns a little bit more about how to deal with customers. I don't expect her to have in depth knowledge about automobiles-but the very least nod and smile. Not only did she insist Auto Zone did not have the part and locate the item using the VIN number, but was also hesitant on touching a used spark plug with oil residue. A second trip back to this store with a different representative--and wouldn't you know--the store did have the part once the VIN number was typed into the system. So whomever this Vae R., hopefully she can learn from just a small ounce of customer service from your store to add to her...
Read moreIt's Autozone. Don't expect miracles from the staff. Enter and UNDERSTAND what you're intending to purchase--it goes a loooong way.
Price wise, "brick n mortar" are really continuing to feel the crushing weight online outlets. Depending on the item/product, local outlets must discover a method to remain competitive (other than, "buy it here...right now...if there is a problem just return it...no need to mail it...") Chances are, if walk into a store, I EXPECT to have the CORRECT purchased product when I exit.
Let's get it together and have the staff be a bit more knowledgeable on things other than wiper blades and...
