With Ladder, Dre has created a more mindful and sustainable shopping experience. With a focus on “slow-cycle” and minority owned brands, Ladder offers pieces in a variety of styles and a varying price points. I tried on a pair of shorts for the first time IN YEARS (I am plus size), and not only did they fit, I loved them too! And then I walked away and tried to find shorts in that style and in my size for a “better deal”. After 2 weeks of looking online and trying on shorts in the stores, nothing came close to the fit or quality of the original pair. I went back and got the shorts and I am so happy I did. Dre is kind, welcoming, and I look forward to adding more pieces to my wardrobe with her in the coming years.

The owner Dre and her staff are so knowledgeable about every brand thats in the store. They are so warm and friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. Ladder has a beautiful curated collection of quality and fashionable items. They have everything from unique dresses to the perfect pair of denim, aswell as accessories.
