Was told by a salesman (I believe his name started with D) over the phone from the Van Aken store that they were DEFINITELY getting a restock on a jacket that was 1 month new into the season and already sold out. He said it would be about 6 weeks. I went there 2 weeks later to see if they had an allocation and spoke to a young guy at the register. Terrible Service. I tried to order the New Ohio State Hats sported by Lebron James. My account was charged but i received a message that order would not go thru. Tried to call and complain but there is no complaint line or customer service line. I even tried to call a store they had no answer.
