I hope those that see the reviews understand the heavy job that as one reviewer said “receptionist”. Debbie is not just a receptionist, she’s the time manager, appointment booker, phone call taker, question answerer, medical processor and so much more. With the new HIPPA laws I want to stick with an office that I’m not just a chart number and they really know my name when I call for “stupid” questions. But as Debbie says “there are no stupid questions, might not be a quick answer but no stupid questions”. And then there is Betty. The nurse that really cares. She gets a chance while taking vitals to see really how are you feeling. And Dr Heather. She takes so much time and gives you her assessment and is awesome to say, we need to get you to someone more knowledgeable about that. And she’s never steered me wrong. So I am sorry to the guy who must have been having a good day but for all my 15 + years going there, I am not just a number, I am a person. Thank you Debbie, Betty...

Most unprofessional medical office I have ever been exposed to. Dropped off medical consent form and list of prescriptions. Called a couple of weeks later they told me my dr had not responded. Checked fax numbers with all concerned, checked again in a couple more weeks and told me the same thing. My dr never received a request from them. Then I stopped by to ask for my records back and they told me they didn't know where they were!!! And was hateful about it. Like I had done something. Next day they called and said they found them. Didn't find my list of medications, I obviously didn't give them that the lady said. Well I did. And to say she was rude would be an understatement, she said it was probably for the best. I agreed and she actually responded with "Whatever" Really? Worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Stay far away from this place! I wouldn't trust them with my dog! I have been a patient here for years the staff has always been awesome and professional. Thats why I'm doing this review. The other day i was there and 4 girls came in to be seen and one was a minor. When they were given the consent form for their mother to sign they became very rude. There are certain guidelines that have to be followed when it comes to a minor being treated at a medical center. And i read the review her mother put up this woman should be ashamed of herself. First if she was that concerned about her child's well being why wasn't she with her? Second what example is she setting for her child? This kind of behavior is whats wrong with people they run their mouth on line instead of doing what they were instructed to!
