My husband and I met Klinton the day we went into Williams Carpet at Ocean Isle. Not only was he ever so personable but he was informative, took his time with us and closed a deal with us for our Coretec plus floors for all of our bedrooms. He came with his handsome face and bubbly personality to do the measurements ever so promptly. He set a date for installation and told us his installers were the best. And that they were! Needless to say the five men showed up promptly at 9 a.m. and picked up all the carpets. They then cleaned everything up before starting to lay the floors down. They worked very diligently installing the floors. Meticulously put down the quarter round and once again really cleaned up everything. Prior to them doing any work, they took down mirrors and moved all of the furniture. They took down closet doors and took apart closet shelves and put everything back just the way they found it. I am writing this review because Klinton and his crew did everything within their power to do a job that was 200%. I would suggest that if anyone is in the market for flooring do not bother looking around wasting time. Just head over to Williams Carpet at Ocean Isle and ask for Klinton. I guarantee you will find the best quality, the best price and the absolute best installation. Thank you again, Klinton, and your fabulous crew....

I've used Klinton multiple times for my flooring needs in the Fayetteville area for investment properties as well as my own home. When he relocated to Ocean Isle Beach, I didn't think I'd get to work with him anymore. When my vacation rental property in Carolina Beach needed new flooring, I reached out to Klinton to see if he would be willing to make the hour plus trip to give me an estimate.

Without hesitation, he met me at the home, helped me decide on the best option, was quick to get my flooring ordered and installed and then followed up with me at the property after the install to personally inspect the work and make sure I was completely satisfied.

To say I'm in love with my new flooring is an understatement. The LVT I chose is waterproof, stylish and highly durable. In today's world where good customer service seems to be the exception rather than the norm, it's refreshing to be able to have a true professional like Klinton to rely on for all my flooring needs. I've learned that in Ocean Isle it is almost impossible to get contractors to keep their word, show up on time, call you back, finish the job in a timely fashion, be reasonable in cost and be HONEST with you. Well, Williams Carpeting is the EXCEPT to the rule. Owner Klinton McGee will personally come out to your home, he is on time, shows up, gets the job done in a timely fashion, then calls you to see if you are satisfied.
