If you are an amateur home brewer, steer clear of this place. I went in here looking for one small replacement part. I was greeted by a ton of questions and a chip on a shoulder. I feel like the process of learning how to home brew has been paved by nice folks eager to teach me. This place was the first obstacle I've encountered. Not only was I second guessed at every turn and doubt cast on every decision I've made, even after I suffered through this gauntlet of awful, the part I wanted, and ultimately the part I was 10 minutes ago asking for, wasn't there.... This will be the first and the last time I ever enter this store.
*edit. I found the replacement piece and it's sister piece also for 4 dollars cheaper...
