Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Shawnee

Im really disappointed by this dutch bros location. I've been here a couple times and they always seem to have issues. All I ordered was a " Large Pumpkin Brulee". By the time I got to the front, I was faced with an ICED coffee. I apologized and told them I wanted a hot one, and the lady turned around and caused a scene to the other workers making it seem like it was a bigger deal than it actually was. The lady who took my order refused to admit she forgot to ask if it was hot or iced and just assumed i wanted an iced coffee. At this point I don't really care, as long as I get my drink, i'm happy. As im waiting for my order, im met with a third girl who hands me my coffee and apologizes for the mishap. First, I noticed it was a medium, not a large. Not the end of the world, I just accept it by this point, and left. When I take a sip of my coffee, I noticed it wasn't even my drink! It was a unsweetened latte. At this point i'm pissed. I was just going to take the loss, but I experienced one of the women in that stand was speaking unprofessionally about their customers, and making fun of their order calling it gross and laughing with the other coworkers saying they're going to lie to the customer and tell them it sounds good. That is not how an employee should talk to each other in front of customers. I'm just going to assume this location is poorly managed, and go somewhere else for my coffee. This company is fantastic, however, this location is not. Every morning, I am usually greeted by unenthusiastic employees, but today, I not only had to wait around 35 minutes for a mobile order, the girl at the window was unkind about it.

It was very busy, it usually is. So I decided to place my mobile order around 6:30 and the pick up time was 6:44. I selected to pick it up at the window since this location has an extremely slow drive-thru service. When I arrived and checked in at about 6:42, my order was still not ready. That was fine, as I expected it would take about 5 more minutes. Turns out, everyone who was in the parking lot had be waiting up to an hour for their mobile pick ups. What made this even more frustrating was they had served the entire 10 car line by the time any mobile order had gotten their drinks. The girl who finally came up to the window was not kind to any of us. She was visibly annoyed at our frustration and offered no apologies or quickness. Not to mention, while they were busy serving the drive-thru, all of the mobile online order drinks had just been sitting there on a separate counter and could have easily been given to us. I did not receive my drink until almost 7:00 am, and I had ordered it almost 30 minutes prior. Very upset and...

I had to edit my rating...everytime I order I order like this. Large Strawberry Horchata Chai with light ice, soft top and cinnamon sprinkle. I have been here about 50 times same order. Today, no different order the same. I get to the window no soft top or cinnamon sprinkle. I tell the young lady, she tells another worker he comes up to the window already heated says the soft top and cinnamon sprinkle used to come included but not anymore so if you want it, you have to ask for it. I replied, I did ask for it. He said well you weren't charged so I will charge you, I said that is fine, as I was pulling my phone out to open the app I told him I always order with soft top and cinnamon sprinkle I never knew that before it was included, no one ever said anything when I would ask for thos items. He said nevermind I'll hook you up this time. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I specifically ordered the soft top and cinnamon sprinkle like the past 50 times if the young man taking my order did not include it that is not on me. I will pay for any item I order but for him to come at me with that energy like I wanted something for free was way...
