I would not recommend Kristen.

After purchasing our home we found out that the previous owner had lied on the disclosure about fixing the septic that was in fact, not fixed. Kristen had been communicating with the previous owners on resolving this issue since what they did was against the law, so they agreed to pay to fix the septic tank. They paid half and did not pay the rest.

Now the septic company has put a lien on our property. I told Kristen about the lien and she started communicating again with the previous owner about resolving this issue. After months, go by and a few updates from Kristen about the situation and her assuring me that it will get resolved and paid for, she abruptly decides to stop communicating with me about the issue and will not respond to any of my messages or calls. I have messaged and asked for the phone number for the previous owners so I can try and resolve it and I can’t even get that… I am truly so disappointed because it seemed like she was genuine and I actually really liked her and suddenly she acts as if none of it happened. That’s not very professional and certainly not how I would conduct...

Wish I could give 0 stars. Bailey and Courtney specifically assured me and my husband prior to touring a house that we would each get our $50 application fee back if we were not approved for the house, which I have evidence of. They also told us that we were qualified to get the house we toured with just my husband’s income alone, which I also have evidence of. They then turned around and denied us after touring the house and making me turn in an application even after informing them that I was not going to be financially responsible for anything. All in all, horrible communication. I understand y’all’s policy states that the application fee is nonrefundable, but your staff shouldn’t be telling people it would be refundable upon denial. Also, you shouldn’t be getting a family’s hopes up that they would qualify just to turn around and tell them the opposite. Now me and my husband are having to figure out where else to go with our 1 year old son and we are out $50 each. Thanks for taking our money I guess. Will not be going through this company again and I do not recommend...

She let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. She was welcoming from the very first time we met her.
