I have always had good luck and been treated nice. However I sent my daughter back to exchange a vape that didn’t work and thought they were open till nine. This time they were rude to her and would not entertain the idea of exchange due to the time however the web still says 9 pm. Then they called a guy who came and acted like my daughter had been terrible to the girl inside he came up to her car window yelling at her as I was on the phone and coujd hear everything. He was rude and spoke very ugly yo her. Would it have really hurt to do a quick exchange as we drive over every week from Prague to do business there It would have taken 2 minutes at the most. I suggest you change your web sight so this kind of situation does not happen to anyone else. I do like the shop and I do spend plenty there and I go no where else each week. The professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of the staff was very welcome and inviting. I was very comfortable. I am experienced with vape hardware and juices; the laid back yet comprehensive attitude of the employee helping me sold me on the new mod pod I purchased. 👍 The house juice was made to order, fresh and flavorful.

I was so impressed I went back the next day. Several other employees were also working. Again, professional fun atmosphere. Even the "new" guy was nervously pleasant to work with; his juice mixing skills were right on and the flavor was spot-on.

With the new pact regulations making online ordering almost impossible I am hopeful that Dark Vapor can order whatever I need if they don't have it in stock.

Dark Vapor has the best quality juice over all the others in the city, even after they were forced to stop making house juice. The other shops I’ve been to sold juices that were thinner and I went through them faster and ended up spending more money. Even the people that work @DV are kinder and cooler than even the management at the other stores. They’re professional, friendly and more humble. I would not go anywhere else. I bought an 120 mil of some cheap stuff that was over 20$ from the CBT store who were actually rude to me before and went through it in a week. 100 Vapes is the same thing.
