Horrible experience with this location and the manager Cheryl. We waited almost 30 minutes for our meal and they forgot our sides and gave us half old fish. We called that night and spoke to Cheryl. She put us down for a replacement and everything seemed fine. Fast forward a few weeks (we are moving up here from out of state and slowly transitioning), I called to see if I could still come pick up my replacement. The gentleman on the phone says I have 2 sides but no replacement for the fish. He stated he would contact Cheryl and see what happened. I call back and he says he has what's in the system but I can call Cheryl to discuss the fish. So okay, I call Cheryl. She asked how many pieces of fish then declined saying she would never replace that and what she was willing to replace is in the system. I responded with the fact that I was confused and there must have been some kind of misunderstanding. We talk in circles because she basically is unwilling to replace the things THEY messed up and forgot. I asked her if that meant that I'm driving over 30 minutes away for sides and that is all? Why couldn't they have just gotten it right or let me know that night so I could be issued a refund? I told her I'd at least like to get part of my money back then at this point and she told me she can't refund me. Okay, so does this mean I can't do anything and call corporate? She gets snarky and tells me "Well we don't have a corporate number but if you find one by all means go ahead". Are serious? Okay, so at this point I ask who the store owner is. She says Rick and his last name. I asked for his information and she responds with it's at the bottom of the receipt. I asked nicely if she could give me info again and she just proceeds to keep yapping over me. Forget it. I found it myself and contacted him. Read moreMy mother and I stopped by to get a little something before her mammogram appointment. We ordered some mozzarella sticks and jalapeno mini poppers. The person taking the orders through the drive-thru was rude and completely unprofessional from the get-go from taking my order to giving us our food. We get to the window and she hangs me our order no thank you for coming nothing. I checked my order to make sure we got everything but we didn't get our sauce so I tapped my horn and but nobody came to the window so I tapped on the window and without saying anything the woman opened the window the throw out one sauce at me that hit my truck she quickly grabbed another one not apologizing or anything and shut the window in my face. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED OR DISRESPECTED AS A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT AT ANY FOOD PLACE. this was also our first time to this place we definitely won't be back. Read moreI usually don't leave reviews, but the servicereceived let me unimpressed. In Shawnee today and had receipt from 3-8-2024, where Chicken Express neglected to give me my 2 coleslaw. I called immediately after I got home and no one answered. I continued to make several more calls with same result. Now how ami the custo.er responsible for not receiving my coleslaw or employees or management not answering phones report my missing coleslaws. I don't get paid to keep calling because someone didn't do their job right in the first place. I even tried calling there phone today with the same result no answer. What kind of a show are they running. Oh, and have to say it's been 3 weeks yes, but I live in another town and only make select trips to Shawnee.
