We love Kristina and the store because they care enough about the customer to keep things fresh, new, interesting, and plentiful! The store is vibrant and buzzing with energy all the time! But the best time is if you're shopping for something related to Hometown Spirit or local team love. They have entire rooms of Royals and Chiefs merch, but there's also things for ku, k-state, lots of local high schools, including some of the private Catholic schools which is kind of challenging stuff to come by unless you are buying directly from a booster club! I challenge anyone to walk in the store and not walk out buying something. If anything I think it can feel a little overwhelming to people because there's so many cool things. But that's also a really good thing because this means there is no one and nothing like this store in the Kansas City area. You're going to want to go out of your way to drive over here, Trust me. Bring the birthday list and the whole Christmas list....

I would like to give this business more stars. They have a lot of nice gifts particularly for wives, girlfriends, just women in general. But gentlemen, buyer beware. They will not accept any returns or exchanges even for another size. I came in and bought some birthday gifts for my wife. This included jewelry and a shirt. My wife always wears a small or medium. I played it safe and went with a medium. It was too small. The shoulders were so small it may have been sized incorrectly. We took it back the next day to exchange it for a large. Went here one time and looked around. Cute shop but a bit over-priced. Then I went a second time to buy a couple gifts. I had about $70 worth of items and I asked for an extra small brown sack and the cashier said they didn’t have enough sacks for that. Behind her was hundreds of sacks. When I mentioned that she said no she wouldn’t give me another sack. So I left the store without buying anything because they wouldn’t give me another small sack. They lost that $70 sell over a sack that probably cost them less than a dollar. I...
