I would not give 1 star if it was at all possible! The customer service at this store was so rude and disrespectful that I'll never return! On Friday,January 12 ,2018 he (I believe to be the manager - blond/grey shoulder length hair) actually went through the store loudly telling each person, even my children, that the store was closed. Problem was - IT WASN'T! The store closes at 5 and it was 4:50. By the time we checked out and walked outside I asked my husband what time it was bc I was trying to figure out where we needed to go next. We were outside of the store and my question was more of a habit of figuring out what errand to do next, than what the actual time was.All of a sudden I hear "It's 5 o'clock!" said very loud and rude behind us. I turned to see this same (manager?)lady quick pull the door closed. It was bizarre! I have never had an employee be so aggressively rude and obnoxious. I asked for her name, but she wouldn't tell me. I told her I would call on Monday and speak to someone about her behavior.She just smiled and said "Go ahead". All of her behavior and yelling was in front of our 8 year old and 10 year old. She actually scared them. That's just uncalled for. Went here to find a unique gift. Unfortunately I didn't even make it 10 streps into the store before I was stopped in my tracks with cardboard and buckets in front of me. The ceiling was leaking from every seam! It was dripping so much it appeared to be raining in the store! I dont understand why it was dripping as it was a hot, sunny day. I am extremely sensitive to moldy buildings and I quickly left, but the worker there carried on washing windows and checking a person out. I can not believe they can operate like this! I wouldn't want anything from that store entering my house as everything is clearly contaminated with mold and dirty ceiling water. Wish I would have taken photos as the amount of buckets and cardboard they had put out to catch the drips was unreal. Who runs a business like this? Fix the leaks and remidate the building or you can seriously hurt people that are sensitive to mold and have compromised...

This store is simply amazing⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it had a really great old fashioned feel too the store. The have just about everything and anything u could want! They have a wonderful selection of beautiful Christmas items and same for the other holidays⛄🎅👻🎃💝 The selection of board games is the best I have ever seen , a great toy department full of both new modern toys and they also have old old school stuff that I most likley can only find here other than searching all over eBay. My mother took me here when i was a child and I just loved it, now as an adult I still love coming here and me and my family still drive out to Sheboygan falls on weekends just to come here. There are not many places like this left in the world and I hope that this store remains here for many many more generations to come as our world could use a few more places...
