I really wish I could give 5 stars. I started getting my nails done and the tech was absolutely great! I also did henna tinted on my brows and also received great service. I decided to set up services for my wedding and was extremely pleased with them being able to accommodate when we made a last minute date change. However, when it came to my bridal hair I was a bit upset. My first trial took almost 3 hours, and I left without a complete look done. I was brought in for a second trial, which I was happy to have received. The stylest who was supposed to be doing my hair had a completely different stylest come in and complete the look. This left me pretty uneasy to see how the wedding day was going to go. The wedding day came. My nails came out great. My makeup flawless! Then I got into the seat to get my hair done. The sylest honestly didn't know what she was doing. Thank goodness she yet again brought in a different sylest to finish my look and she had it done within 20 minutes, and it turned out great. For a 5 star google rated Aveda salon, I would expect them to have a bridal sylest who is more experienced. It was honestly a little...

I've been coming here every week for 6 months. I've had haircuts, color, nails, blow outs, makeup tutorial & purchased items from the boutique. Maureen, receptionist, has been the only one who has been friendly. While I usually like the job my stylist did her moods were difficult to deal with. The final "straw" was when I went in Friday for an appt & was completely ignored. No one was at the front desk, the stylist who saw me waiting said nothing, 1 of them being an owner. After a few minutes I left. Not once in 6 months has an owner introduced themselves or even a simple thank you. Some weeks I was there twice. Everyone who provided services was tipped 30-40%. I will go somewhere that appreciates...

This is a beautiful salon. i was traveling through town and needed an apt within a day of my travels. The salon was able to accommodate me. Izzy at the front reception was so kind and sweet. Kathreen took wonderful care of me. Made me feel comfortable for my appointment. and ended my wax with a nice facial oil rub. (this was so special! never had this done before with a wax) it was glorious. the salon also has one of the best boutiques. my second time stopping and of course i found another great item. Thank you Maureen for your guidance and wonderful customer service. She made me feel so good about the clothes i tried on. This salon is a really a beautiful salon and I look forward to my next...
