Service could have been better. It's not very welcoming when you walk into a new restaurant/cafe and the employees dont acknowledge your presence. I bought chicken and rice for a dine in, and it took a while to get it out to me. I bought pho for my family and I, and we didn't even get pho condiments on the side. Had to get up and do our own self-serve at the side counter. The chairs are not for dining. The chairs have you leaning too far back. We had to sit up close to the edge of the chair to eat our meals. Employees didn't even check on us to make sure we got what we needed. Seems like everyone just hid in the back. The food and service overall were not good. And I spent too much money here, when I could have spent half of that somewhere else where I did not have to pay for water. Maybe, because this is a cafe and not a restaurant. That's why everything was so different. None the less, not...

I’m so glad there’s more Asian restaurants, especially catering more to the Hmong cuisines. This cafe is amazing, staff is friendly and do their best to cater to each customer. We received everything expect my classic brown sugar milk tea. I understand how much orders they were taking. My friends and I are all Hmong, and we all have worked in food service with family. Literally all thought ā€œcan we help y’all?!ā€ 🤣 There’s a sense of need to help out and to support. I received my drink an hour later, also receiving an eggroll as an apology for the wait. Very kind of them to offer! I appreciate the work they put in, their food is amazing and shows more in their character. Especially their kids who help out, very cute and adorable. And the grandpa who handed out napkins! Cannot express enough how much I appreciate this place already! I hope the family continues on their hard work and...

This is a really cute place, and the food is good. It's obviously a family run place so I don't wanna knock the service too much, but that would be my only complaint. It was a little slow, and the guy I asked about what was in the daily special didn't know, and didn't even try to find out. I had the pork belly bento with purple rice and an egg roll, as well as a brown sugar tea smoothie boba. Well, I ordered it as a smoothie but the drink I got, while very good in looks and taste (as you can see, it's very pretty), wasn't blended. Which was a little disappointing because I couldn't get the boba at the bottom due to ice cubes. But everything was very tasty and the portions were good. Honestly all the food we saw looked great. Love the kpop playing in there, and the photo wall is super cute too. I'd probably go back if I was in...

Giving this locally owned spot a 5/5 and here’s why — • Customer service was awesome! Friendly, swift, and helpful. • Ordered medium pho, Dragon fruit drink, and an eggroll. Pho was delicious! The broth was fresh, veggie plate was generous and fresh, and the meat tasted fresh. Condiments were ample. Heck yes I’d order pho from here again! Dare I say best pho in Sheboygan? Perhaps! Dragon drink was yummy with chia seeds but tasted a bit sweet for my personal preference. I watered it down a little and oomph! Slurped it up. Eggroll was beautifully wrapped and crispy. • The thoughtfulness behind the decor and restaurant setup is chic, fun, and educational with its homage to Hmong culture and people. • Easy street parking I’ll be coming back! Thank you.
