I had an amazing save by a creative hard working employee whose name starts with g. I don't want to call anyone out or point fingers online so names will not be shared. I was getting 500 business cards made and had to go through three employees to get it done. I had given the order on a Thursday with no deadline. That was a mistake and assumption on my part. The first one I contacted sent me a reply email, even though I requested a phone call and gave my phone number in the email. He emailed back asking me to make some reasonable changes. However I had no idea how to make them as he was speaking his work terms and I had no idea what he meant. I tried sending a different file version and that is when employee number 2 emailed. He needed access to the file and due to the large size needed my to include him as an editor. Once again this was reasonable and I thought he got what he needed. Near the end of the work day when I had not heard from him I emailed to check that he got what he needed. No reply came from employee number 2. I called the next day and employee number 3 came to the rescue. She explained that employee number 2 was no on vacation and number one had a condition keeping him busy. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and the difficulty of adjusting the files I had. She was gracious and explained the work terms that employee number 2 had mentioned and why it mattered to me. Eventually we found that I did not have the materials needed and because I needed the cards before they closed in 5 hours that it would be best to do a simple design that I had done with them months before. I agreed and was happy that we found something that would work. When I showed up at our agreed on time 4 hours later employee number three had been able to pull off the impossible and got the more profession design on the cards! I saw her work and thought they looked professional with the alterations she made and told her that given her circumstances I would not have been able do as well as she had done. I had no cash to give her a tip but will need to return and do so because this was customer service of the...
Read moreAmazing quality. Fast. Cheaper than some of the other groups who do the same work. Staples said it would take a week to print 250 excel sheets. I call GT and they tell me that if I was to convert them to PDF's it would take minutes. Staples could have told me that, yet they didn't. Found an online program that did that for me. Next morning, I walk with the flash drive. Printer runs. They come out nice and hot. I pay. I leave. 15 minutes. Too not come to these guys is a foolish move. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to print something quick for a more than fair price. Estimated cost for my work was about $65, but I don't know what the average cost is around town. Overall, great quality, fast, fair price. Call first to make the job easier...
Read moreGood for basic printing needs and they have really affordable envelope printing. I am a graphic designer so I am possibly more picky that the general customer. I've found I need to be VERY explicit with all instructions for printing to make sure I get exactly what I want - I learned this through having projects printed that didn't come out as expected. Customer service is friendly enough, although via email it can be a bit slow. Not open on weekends. They are my go-to for simple print projects that I want done inexpensively...
