Staff are very friendly and asking if they can help you find something when you walk in the store. Staff is knowledgeable of their products and deals. Store is clean and well organized. It they do not have product they are more than willing to let you know when they will be getting stock in. I had a great experience, bought an open box item at this store. Half of my tool box is Snap On from the days I thought I had to buy the most expensive tools out there. I no longer work as an Auto Tech but their tools are great and the FEW that have broken only required a quick visit and they swapped them out without issue. No more chasing the tool truck guys and getting the run around. Servise at this location is good and if they don't have something in stock, they're quick about looking up their backroom inventory.
