Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Sheboygan

We arrived at this location between 5 and 5:30pm paid almost $20 went to go find a seat and I always like sitting by the windows in the front! Every empty table in that area was dirty underneath the floor was mashed potatoes, corn and dirty napkins or still had plates of food that people were done with sitting at them, and there was some kind of dessert and ice cream on the wall and on the floor next to the table that we sat at that was “somewhat” clean (crumbs on the table that we brushed off). We went to go get our food and there wasn’t much on the buffet, we came back and there was a bowl of pasta and marinara spilt on the floor in the walkway. We sat down and 10-15 minutes into eating it was still there. I insisted on sitting somewhere else because I couldn’t stand looking at it any longer I tried going to the area off to the left of the buffet and every single table was dirty in that area as well, along with the floor I made a complaint to the young gentleman at the register. He apologized and told me he would have someone go around and clean up mind you there was plenty of employees that I had seen throughout my visit. I had just happened to check to see if the pasta and sauce was still on the floor and it was almost 20 mins later. We then sat in the first section in front of the register on the other side of the entrance and no clean tables so we brushed off a table and sat down it had the most somewhat cleanest floor underneath the table. I went up and got another plate of food, and there was another younger lady at the counter, and I had mentioned to her that every single section that we have tried to move to was dirty every single table that we looked at that was empty was dirty underneath every single table Was absolutely disgusting! At the table that we ended our visit at we noticed the napkin holder was dusty. Absolutely disgusting! Its was down right filthy! And to pay $20 for a buffet things should have been 1000 times cleaner! He did apologize and was very sorry for the negative experience but that also shouldn’t of been his responsibility! Worst visit ever. Only the 2nd time I have tried this restaurant because of the horrible visit last time about 2 yrs ago. Stood at counter for about 10 min without seeing one person that works there. I called the restaurant and only then was I able to get service. The lady was covered in food all over mostly where one would drip food if they had a bib. Didn't look at all Profesional. Once we found a table we had to clean it off because of the brown water they were using to clean I wouldn't trust. We went to the food tables and were very disappointed in what we saw. All food was super old and dry. All the lettuce was black and soggy. The cucumber was slimy as were the tomatoes. There were a ton of dirty dishes and no dressing for the salad. 7 empty bottles. I went and found someone I told them about it as well as pulled all the empty ones and placed them on top of the bar. So they could see how nasty the holders were. It took another 27 min for them to be filled. Not changed or cleaned just filled. There was a lady in a green shirt who came out to refill mashed potatoes there was about 4 people waiting patiently. She came out with huge attitude and was slamming things and kicking doors. The customers said thank you as she ignored them and felt they did something wrong. Everyone there seemed to hate life working there. No one had a sense of urgency and pride in their work. It was said to see a business still open and running with this lack of attention. I recently had the opportunity to dine at Pizza Ranch, a buffet-style restaurant that offers a selection of salads, broasted chicken, mashed potatoes, and various pizzas.
