8-15 The reply you wrote here is not even close to what I was told. I was told the tupperware got put in a spot in the basement and no one could get to it for days!!! Really sad that a Christian organization lies!!

I donated $100s of dollars of Vintage Tupperware to the store. I have a Vintage online store & decided not to sell it anymore. Jenna was very appreciative. Several days after, I sold a lid that I had forgotten to remove from my site. I sent a text to Jenna on Tuesday explaining what happened & I needed to get the 1 lid back. She informed me they recently got a lot of donations & the Tupperware was not going to be easy to get too. She said it would be a week from Friday before someone would be able to get to it. I explained I needed it by Thursday. This was early Tuesday morning. Her response was- she was currently painting at home & she didn't know what else she could do!! I was FURIOUS!! I let her know to forget the other items I had for her, a bunch of Barbies. If she was too busy to look before 10 days, I was too busy to gather my donations up! After that I left the conversation. Seriously who does this when they just been given products that will bring the organization $$$. I went to Goodwill & found a bowl with the lid I needed & BOUGHT IT!! YOU'VE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER & MY DONATIONS. JENNA'S RUDENESS & LACK OF EFFORT TO HELP ME OUT WERE UNBELIEVABLE. If I could post pics I'd love to post screenshots of this...

I want to start my review by stating, I can’t believe someone would rate a 1 star review because they donated an item to a Christian organization and then they wanted the item back?!!!!! That is no fault to the organization whatsoever. It’s unfortunate that you failed to update your website timely, but to give a bad rating to a business filled with volunteers doing so much for the good of their community due to your error is just...WOW!

Anyway, every time I go into Revolution Resale, I am greeted with so much respect and joy. They even helped me in a pinch the day before my wedding when I needed CDs and CD cases for the church music for our ceremony! I love knowing how much good this organization does in the community without judgment. The countless hours the volunteers put in to make their mission successful is truly incredible.

Revolution Resale is absolutely one of my favorite thrift stores! It's small but since they are only open twice a week, they always have something new every time I walk in the door. The staff is very kind, and they are always helpful. I've been in there so much now that they always tell me when they put something out that they know I'll like. Also, I just want to say that their prices are great, and even though they have raised a little bit since they first opened, they are still cheaper than most of the thrifts in the area. Finally, I just wanted to say that it's a joy to know that my shopping is supporting an amazing cause! Thank you for helping those who need...
