Union Oriental has been under new management since 2022.

Great selection of hot foods ready to eat! The eggrolls are a differently adjusted recipe but still delicious. Eggrolls are first come, first serve. They also have Cornish hens, roasted pork, ginger/spicy sausage, fawm kauv (steamed rice pork rolls), fresh pork&shrimp spring rolls, sausage dumpling buns, and khaub poob (chicken curry noodles).

They also have a great selection of fresh, frozen, and regular groceries for any of your cooking needs! Dried anchovies for soup stock. Oyster sauce for fried rice. Pho spice packets. The banana flowers and elusive lime leaves for khaub poob. Plus other assortments of umami explosions for any recipe you're wanting to try.

The details of shopping here make the trip worth stopping in. Just the fact they have my size carts makes me happy. The employees are always super friendly. And even more noted, they smile with compassion to my children that have 1000 questions. A few employees helped with empathy when I had questions about cooking certain things, and gave me really good ideas. Having celiac, I'm finding that other ethnic food make my food choices more broad. And I super appreciate that.

The store is always clean. And the hot food choices make for a on the go option outside of normal fast food.

This is my favorite market in Sheboygan. I just moved back from NYC where I spent most of my time in Asian markets- as I worked in food television. This market has pretty much everything you need Panasia - wise. Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, etc. Everything is well organized, clean, perfectly stocked and well priced. The staff and owners are absolutely wonderful and super friendly. I feel better about life and myself every time I walk into this store. The prepared foods and egg rolls, the sausages, crispy pork, It’s all exclusions. I’ve been able to re create some of my favorite Asian foods I miss from NYC...
