The worst company that anyone could possibly join. They ask their drivers to take down the seal. And when taken down they ask you to bring the seal to them when you’re on your way picking up the paperwork. And when I was entering the dock, Another guy asked you to bring down the seal give it to them by hand. Then when I went to their office to grab the paperwork, they asked me to give them seal that was already taken from me. So, the moral of the story is to not give your seal to anyone until you go to the office to grab your paperwork or unless you know the person you’re giving your seal to. And be aware of the fact that their lumber fee is very expensive....

avoid this place mainly for 2 reasons. Capstone lumpers are a joke and straight scam. My fee was $200 for 8 pallets! And they can't count either. They also claim there were 4 lumpers, but I watched only 1 guy working my trailer. Their company is either incompetent, completely ignorant, or both. Then there's the older lady in the office, Barb. She really needs to fix her attitude and learn how to speak politely with drivers or just quit. Not sure what her malfunction is, but all the negative reviews about her are true, unfortunately. On a positive note, the girl in the office during 2nd shift that I spoke with initially, when I checked in the evening before, was really nice and pleasant...

I am totally confused as to why they have only 2.7 star rating. It should be much much much lower than that. They have no vending machine no bathrooms nobody working. I have three pallets to deliver only and they haven’t even touched my truck after several hours, I literally been here all day Park next to two trucks that’s been here longer than me. They haven’t moved either. At least I know now to not never shop at Piggly Wiggly because I imagine the food will be bad, spoiled or old by time It reached the shelves. It’s like getting a hotel without a bathroom or access to food but at the same time being entertained because you can’t go nowhere this should literally be...
