Tuesday I went into Nabisco Deals after discovering they existed and I lost track of time was there for a couple of hours, it’s easy to do with all the different kinds of things from forks to clothing to tools, furniture and so much more!

I ended up finding a very nice Tv/entertainment cabinet for my TV. When checking out I find out they will also assemble your purchases for a certain fee, so I agreed and paid the assembly fee as well, and was told can pick up in the morning.

I returned this morning to get my assembled cabinet only to find it was damaged from where an employee putting a screw in a side piece that was not suppose to be there and it caused a spot the size of a quarter to be busted and it had a stress crack from iit as well. I askedan employee if I went ahead and took the cabinet could I get it reduced and he did reduce it taking about $60.00 off the price so I offered them $25.00 less than the amount he quoted me.

When calling back I was told the owner was NOT going to accept my offer, so I was going to go ahead and go back and get it at the price he had quoted only to be told the Owner also said that the reduced price I was given was no longer going to be given and I would have to pay the full price. NOT good customer service putting it lightly, you should t begin negotiating a price then decide nope not gonna reduce it...goodbye! All employees were kind and tried helping me find things, however the lady who owns the place needs some lessons in customer service! I will not be returning to that place and advise anyone who does to really look over what you are purchasing. I will be letting all my friends and family know how customers are unappreciated there and how one minute they offer a discount to 20 mins later saying nope changed my mind! This is why I only gave 2 stars one was for selection and the other is for owners employees and it was hard to decide on 2 stars I was going to give 1

Also to add she (the owner) was yelling at employees right in the middle of me and other customers....not...

We purchased an outdoor fountain on April 02 2025. The two guys helping my wife said they did not want to take everything out of the box but would verify it was all there and not broken while she came to get me and my truck. When I arrived there they said it was all there but didn’t check the pump and if it didn’t work bring it back for a refund. So on April 08 2025 I unpacked the box and put it in the trash pickup. The time lapse from purchasing to unpacking was due to pouring a concrete pad for it to set on. On April 09 2025 I was putting the fountain together and realized that the main bottom bowl was not there. I contacted nabisco deals to let them know it was not all there and I would be returning it for exchange or refund. The owner? Called me back and said he was not taking the fountain back or refunding me the cost. I have called the company again to get the owner’s name but the lady at the front desk said she doesn’t know their last name. She gave me Racheal and Dominic If this doesn’t sound suspicious then I don’t know the definition of suspicious. This is not a small purchase it was $722.40. I will be taking the business and the owner to court if this is not resolved which is why I wanted their names. I will never be going back to this business ever. A zero review is too high for this company. Please avoid...

Went into this place. I was very hopeful to find things I needed. It is overwhelming with disorder. The people running this are very unorganized. If you have this much clutter and odor and disorganization that answers big questions. It is a proven fact if you have this much stuff and it’s there for that many years or months without selling then it is (a) overpriced (b) poorly organized or and not visible as well as not marketed. I could literally sell everything in this place in a month and make this owner money. When visiting all I see if a person digging themselves in a deeper whole by the day or maxed out credit cards because you are not thriving if your store looks like this. They also when you call say they will be open to 2 and will close at 12. Poorly managed and dangerous to enter. I think someone should call the city or county about this place it’s dangerous and the fire Marshall should have already been called and...
