The aesthetic and layout of the interior and exterior is very nice and it’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the design/marketing aspect of this business. I ordered an iced matcha and my partner ordered a chai latte and salmon bagel. My partners’ order was correct and the presentation of the bagel was appetizing and meticulously put together. I am leaving a lower rating because I was not impressed with the interaction I personally had with the barista and the fact that my order was incorrect. I ordered an iced matcha and received an iced chai. When I approached the barista to have it corrected, I stated that I had ordered an iced matcha, not a chai. She responded with, "There were two chai lattes and a salmon bagel?" in what came across as an argumentative retort, instead of offering to correct the mistake. I had to repeat myself and reiterate that was incorrect. This was a bit off putting. Overall, my order was corrected and she did apologize upon handing me the corrected order, but the experience and apology felt a bit impersonal. I also asked for the drink to be put into a “to go” cup and it was given in glass, so I was unable to take it with me. The woman who took our order was friendly and I noticed that she puts in effort to remember repeat customers’ orders, but it seems that not everyone else pays that much attention to detail. I love sheffield downtown , its small , old school and pretty with some really nice places and this coffee place is no exception its perfect for coffee lovers , this place has a very nice modern plus old school vibe to it and i love it , its cozy to sit have a nice coffee or to eat and hangout . This is a hidden gem and i am so glad i found it , its one of those place where you feel so comfortable to be in and hangout , love that its on the corner of the street so outside sitting blends well .
