Our experience with this company has been beyond disappointing. From planning to installation to follow-up maintenance, they’ve shown a complete lack of organization and accountability.
Their customer service is abysmal — they rarely answer phone calls, almost never respond to emails, and make it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved. To start, we were left without WiFi for weeks in our new home, which was a huge inconvenience. Then, they incorrectly installed multiple items in our house, which we are still awaiting to get resolved. Additionally, we’ve been waiting months for a quote for additional services we were ready to purchase; however, are reasonably skeptical of doing any further work with such an unreliable company.
To make matters worse, we paid for speakers and a speaker amplifier, and they failed to install the amplifier. When we followed up 9 months later to figure out why the speakers weren’t working, their technician claimed we didn’t get one — even though it is clearly listed on our invoice.
This company has caused nothing but delays, confusion, and stress. I strongly urge others to stay away from this business. Their lack of professionalism and accountability makes them one of the most frustrating vendors we’ve ever dealt with and would caution Crankbrook Builders to stay away from...
Read moreVery disappointed in their customer service! They had done work for me previously (a few years ago) and I had a very pleasant experience (Franco). Recently I set up an appointment 2 weeks out. FPAV Electronics emailed me a work order estimate. I reviewed it and made several attempts (leaving several messages & email) for Mack to discuss the estimate as it was considerably more than I anticipated. I even visited their showroom (doors locked). Never received a call nor any response. I finally reached someone on the phone (I believe Monica). She told me my appointment had been cancelled because I did not confirm the work estimate (#2007). How can I agree to the work estimate if I still needed to discuss the job? At least call/email/text the customer to let them know what is expected BEFORE an appointment is cancelled! I know the customer is NOT always right and one cant please everyone. But there is definitely an issue with their process of follow-up. Not sure why their customer service has deteriorated so badly. I am very surprised and greatly disappointed. Read moreFeature Presentation Audio & Video has done work for me now at 7 different locations along with multiple service call request. Matt & the rest of his team has been excellent. They always use good quality equipment, always is there to answer any questions I have and has always stood behind the work. They have done every thing from Cameras, Alarms, Many Indoor TV Installations, Outdoor TV & Audio and the best thing I have invested in yet, CONTROL 4. The control 4 system is near perfect as far as having any technical issues, the user experience is very easy to use. Trust me when I say I am not a tech type of person but this system has been a great investment. All In All the FPAV Team is excellent.
