DO NOT RECOMMEND. i booked my party for my sons birthday and showed up on time , checked in, and the kids went to jump. The party person at the desk said that i would be able to get in the room 15 minutes early to make sure everything was satisfactory and speak with my party host about anything. (545 was when we were supposed to get our room) no one calls me, no one tells me anything, i go looking for a worker because we are supposed to get our room now and there's another party in our party room still. Someone at the front desk tells me its been an issue getting people out of party rooms. Almost 10 minutes go by and she comes back to tell me my party was double booked and we cant have our room until 630pm. 630 finally comes and we had to find our decorations cupcakes presents jackets shoes etc. and drag it all to our room ourselves only to find that NO ONE has cleaned the room. A worker comes up and can barely talk as she has no idea what to do (everyone that works here is a teenager). A mom from my group is telling her to get garbage bags and cleaner because we don't have time to stand around anymore we were supposed to have the room an hour ago at this time. She comes back with garbage bags and all the moms in my group have now started cleaning up after the previous party that was in there. 1 person from sky zone helped (barely). We wiped down tables, cleaned the floor, threw garbage away, wiped chairs because they had frosting and pop all over them( it was disgusting) Then we had to decorate ourselves ( which is also something our host is supposed to do.) The girl finally comes back and i ask when she's going to be bringing the pizzas i ordered and she was just clueless. i had to TEXT and CALL all my party guests to let them know we had a room finally, our party was never announced. She ends up finding my fruit tray and pizzas; bringing them and then leaves. I had to serve the 30 guests i had JAM PACKED in this tiny party room, no host again. the pizza was cold and I'm going to assume they made it well before it was brought because it was an hour after our party time. ( you only get an hour in the room fyi) so our pizza was cold. After the pizza and fruit was served a host finally shows up and says she's here to help and my only reply was, "for what at this point we have literally done everything already" she said that she has to bounce back and forth between our party and another party but she will be back to check on us periodically to see if we need anything, SHE NEVER CAME BACK. We ran out of beverages, we had to again serve the desserts ourselves, the leftover trays and utensils were never cleared. the amount of grease/pizza sauce/ etc. on the leftover plasticware in the room from the people before was gross. We had no host to ask for new cutlery. i mean it was just a horrible experience and i was so stressed out because these are 5-6yr old children, we were there late on a Sunday, everyone has bed times, we just had a daylight savings time switch that day, nothing was organized or in order, i am 100% unhappy. In the end i got a bogus excuse from someone that they were told i didn't want a party host ( WHY WOULDNT I WANT ONE?? ITS FREE I HAVE 30 GUESTS AND I PAID 400.00+ for this party, WHY would anyone ever say no?)) The worker ended up compensating me with 2 free cheese pizzas ($17.00 each) and giving me to 90min passes to come back. And she gave my son free dip n dots because no one gave him a "guest of honor" bag. -- I'm just applaud. i left. i was not going to create a scene in an environment full of children and in front of my family friends and their children but seriously??? DO BETTER SKY ZONE. This was the most stressful party ive ever experienced. i felt so awful for all of my guests having to stay so late and the cold pizza, having to HELP ME clean the room and decorate, and serve the guests. Seriously, the most unorganized experience. I've never been so stressed!!! Someone from corporate...
Read moreMy kids and I love this place for some awesome, active together time! It is so much fun jumping on the trampolines, flinging yourself into the foam pit, and falling onto the mats on the Ninja Course! More a place for the adventurous sorts, you'll have a great time burning off energy! If you don't quite feel like it, there are couches and chairs alongside the excitement. The place isn't as big as some local indoor trampoline parks, however, I consider that a benefit, especially when keeping tabs on multiple children. I also like the idea of the Glow Party in the evenings. I recommend to adult caregivers that you remain present, don't just drop off. Being it's a trampoline park you just want to take that extra precaution. They have bleachers off to the side of the entrance. You might find it annoying, however, that there are only a couple proper tables, which are usually taken already. Go in the daytime during the week for your best chances of fewer people. I give 4 stars because, while I love the place for drop in fun, I don't recommend having a birthday party here. It is chaotic by nature, but even more so during a party and it is unsettling in that situation. There is nowhere for the parents to really gather before the party. You will have to wait for the party room to be set up, which burdens the guests. There also does not seem to be enough staff for each party that is happening. I saw my party host assist with a party in progress, clean up after a party that had just left, and set up for my group's party. That's a lot to ask of one employee. As she was trying to gather items for my party, a guest asked her to assist with an urgent issue that had arisen unexpectedly. There were 3 others at the front counter who could've stepped in to help the poor host. I wish they would assign at least one host to each party, so they could all help one another out as needed. To sum up, definitely go here for some drop in family fun time (especially if you're looking to be the cool family member :-)) It's a great time! But consider a less frenetic, more organized place for a birthday party. They need to work on that...
Read moreI love this place!!!! I have a 3 year old daughter. This location has different sections for different age groups of kids. So parents don't worry. Their is different areas for older kids that are literally bouncing off the walls lol. This place is for all ages and yes it's open right now during this horrible covid-19 pandemic that has tortured our children with not being able to just be a kid and get dirty and play with other kids. Their is also some video games their for kids to play. They have a basketball area where kids can dunk and have fun. They have a foam pit area as well along with a dedicated dodgeball court for kids and teenagers. Now the grown up talk for this review! When you go hear it would be a good idea to sign up and fill out your waivers for you and your kids before you go. They only have 3 computers to register their at the site and if you have a lot of kids with no help it will be hard and take a lot of time. So pre-register before you go online. Adults are $20 for a couple hours and you have to buy their nonslip socks as well. Food prices are like anywhere else. Expensive. Bring snacks and drinks. Especially drinks because your kids will get thirsty from jumping and playing!! Hope you enjoyed my review. Follow me on google maps if you live in the area and you will get my reviews on the local stores in our area. Stay safe out their and everyone be nice...
