I tried Primo Cantina for the first time and honestly it blew me away. The food here has so much flavor and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The nachos and salsa come out fresh and crispy, and you can taste the difference right away because everything is cooked in beef tallow – it makes the chips rich, crunchy, and unlike anywhere else. Easily some of the best nachos I’ve ever had.
The ceviche was super fresh, bright, and perfectly seasoned – the kind of dish that makes you stop and appreciate every bite. The queso was creamy, smooth, and had just the right amount of kick, perfect for dipping those tallow-fried chips.
Drinks were just as good as the food. The margaritas are strong, balanced, and made with fresh lime, not that syrupy stuff you get at other places. You can tell they care about quality behind the bar too.
Overall, everything came together perfectly – the food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere. If you’re looking for authentic flavor with a unique twist (seriously, the beef tallow makes all the difference), Primo Cantina is a must-try. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreSo excited to finally have a really good Mexican restaurant around. We have already been here multiple times and have yet to find something we didn’t like. We’ve had the shrimp ceviche, chicken rolled tacos, guacamole, queso, carne asada tacos, fish tacos, quesabirria tacos, primo burrito, primo rancheros, kid’s chicken quesadilla, soup and fried ice cream. Everything has been absolutely delicious. The chips and salsa were so fresh and flavorful. The green and red salsas/sauces that come with the food are phenomenal. You can taste the quality of the ingredients they use in every bite. Their drinks are great too. So far, we’ve tried a margarita and an espresso martini and both were fantastic. To top it off, the service was excellent and the place is so cute! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know and I’m already looking forward to...

I mean, they even have the Mexican cokes lol and the Mexican jaritos . Hopefully, I’m saying it right. Horchata, I mean, definitely come hungry cause you’re gonna leave full...
