Today I had flowers delivered to my mom as it is a very sad occasion for her. Usually when someone sends flowers, they expect them to be delivered with consideration and at least a smile. What my mom received and the treatment thereafter was nothing short of distasteful, ignorant, and disgraceful behavior. The delivery man laid on the horn until my mom came outside to see what was happening. He got of the truck to explain that there was dog that was going to bite him, yet no dog was in sight. Then he rudely gave my mom flowers and said she should be happy to receive them instead of sentimentally crying. After scolding her on the proper way to receive flowers because she was crying, he then asked to hug her. My mom, taken back and confused by the multiple moods that she witnessed did not feel comfortable, nor is she obliged to hug a man she doesn’t even know…a perfect stranger. He then began abruptly cussing my mom out while yelling racial slurs. Then my mom said to get off the property and she called the owner. Listen folks, the story gets better! The owner actually had the gall to ask my mom, “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” Very sarcastically and disinterested the owner began explain that she wasn’t there to witness this as if it didn’t happen. WOW! What customer service. The best part, I paid an extra fee for this delivery even though it is the same zip. Beware of terrible management that shows in the worst customer service experience ever received. But hey, if you want a stranger to hug, scold you and then cuss you out, well then, this is the place for you.

Interesting that you did that only after I wrote my initial one star review and not when my mom called to complain. She also said the OWNER never apologized. If you had apologized, I would not have wrote this review to begin with. Sad...

Lori was a pleasure to work with for our wedding! She was very patient and understanding as I changed my vision and requested different things throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, she absolutely blew us away with her creations! My eyes literally filled with tears when I saw how beautiful she made the porch where my husband and I exchanged vows. All of her arrangements were stunning and we received tons compliments on her work. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Order was easy to place online and delivery was on time. I ordered the “Entranced Meadow” at the same value that was shown in photo on website. What I was not satisfied with was the quality of the arrangement. Photo speaks for itself.

Edited to add after response from owner that they were correct that the Stargazer Lillie’s were there on the other side (added new photos) however there was no rose. I appreciate the response from the owner. I don’t believe leaving them for delivery had any impact on the quality of the...
