Tracy's Home Furnishings — Local services in Shelbyville

Tracy’s has the most competitive pricing and best service in the area. I wanted a specific swivel glider from Best Home Furnishings so I called all of the vendors listed on their website. I was able to get the piece for $300 less at Tracy’s than a large store in Louisville.

The service is above reproach. My chair was delivered 6 days after I ordered it - with custom upholstery! It would have taken 6 weeks at the larger store in Louisville.

Once it was delivered, I felt like the swivel was making a creaking noise. The Owner, Mike, called and offered to come out the same day to look at it. He fixed the squeaking and could not have been more helpful.

I’m so glad I took the time to compare prices and found this store. Absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from Louisville and I will definitely shop...

It's pretty pathetic customer service to have your store hours posted at 10-3 on Saturday but when I drove to your store it was closed and said Saturdays were by appointment only.
