I love Gina more than words can possibly express, she always knows exactly what to do with minimal explanation. She goes above and beyond every time she touches my hair. She is the only stylist I trust and I'm willing to travel for. Never once judged my choices, always hypes you up, amazing conversation and energy. Goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I simply told her green and black with a few inspo photos and she nailed it, added a few hidden highlights, complimented the integrity of my hair, and how fast it grew when she cut and shaved half of it off 2 years ago. I have extreme anxiety with hairdressers but Gina? I'd ride at dawn for her. She's worth every penny, she's incredibly talented, has a knack for making the little details pop, she's amazing to talk and joke with, she's outspoken and so incredibly talented. She has endless knowledge, doesn't push to up sell, she does what you want. She clearly loves what she does, and there is no one in this state that I would have doing my hair. I dont really like to make bad reviews but i have to!! We had an engagement party to go and search online and this business came up with decent reviews!!! From the first time i spoke on the phone she gave me bad vibes but i still make an appointment!! I needed hair amd make up for me and my daughter,is took her 10 minutes do put that make up on my face and the whole time she looked so distracted,i had to point out all her mistakes on my make up,after that said that she needed to call her cousin and left from the room came back 5 minutes later smelling all cigarettes!!! She put some dollars store eyelashes and not fully and none of those eyelashes matched ,everything was falling apart before i left her salon!! I looked terrible and i didn’t say anything because at that point i was late! She did somehow did my daughter hair but when my daughter saw what she did to my face she told her NO! I went home washed my face amd did my make up and hair all over after paying so much money just to look like zombie!!...

I just used the Bespoke housecall service and Gina was terrific and a true pro! Got a wonderful keratin straightening service with no formaldehyde- great results and none of the fumes! We used my desk chair at the sink and it worked well. She brought everything she needed in a tidy roly bag and we were finished in 2 hours (keratin treatments can be a half day at other salons in my experience). My hair does go lighter after the service so she came back next day for color to give 24 hours. Fresh half head of highlights + base single color and blow dry took 2.5 hours- very efficient!

I have super thick hair- this treatment leaves really nice smooth results, cuts blow drying time in half and still allows bend in the hair- not pin straight. Love the new housecall...
