Goodwill New Castle — Local services in Shenango Township

Just decided to stop in, never been into this goodwill here. We just moved to the area about 5 months ago. Apparently the hours are wrong on Google and should be updated! They close at 6pm. I walked in at 5:50pm where I was greeted not so nicely by a sales rep saying they close at 6. I have 10 minutes. They gave me 5 and then over the intercom said it's now 6pm and the store is now closed. It's now 6:01pm and I'm done writing the review. Both employees that were locking the door and talking about, they just get one day to go home early. Is a bit ridiculous... be thankful you have a job! Don't be so quick to be rude to customers because they are not aware that you close at 6pm. And then kick them out 5 minutes early when I was just trying to look at stupid ties! Good grief... I've never left a review but today was ridiculous at this goodwill location. I've never had such an intercounter at one. The employee ringing people up seemed to be kind. Stopped in yesterday for the first time in probably 10 years. Prices are really low! Cashier was really friendly too. I'm more of a housewares/electronics guy and there wasn't much to choose from. I think Goodwill as a whole has moved to selling their better quality donations online, which only makes sense because they fetch a better price. I do miss being able to pick up higher quality stuff like that locally though, I was a little bit bummed out by the overall selection. I reassembled a couple things on the sales floor that were just laying around in pieces to make them look more attractive for someone. I did pick up 5 records for 6 dollars though! There's a really attractive wooden/glass gun display cabinet I noticed back there too, and a couple china...

Not to bad of a store in general, however there fitting rooms still are not open when every other store similar to this has opened up fitting rooms, the prices went up , they used to be organized with sz of clothes not no more so u now must sort through a cluster of jammed packed clothes , they were recently selling homecoming/ evening gowns for some reason they took them away an it's homecoming season for someone who is on a budget I am limited on where to shop now fory daughters homecoming I asked the store employees y they stopped they said they had to make room for jackets there's plenty of room in this store to still sell them items in a different spot , it has gone down hill very fast in recent months, I used to love this store...
