I’ve recently started using Grapplers Labs electrolytes, and I have to say, they’re awesome. I’ve tried a few different brands, but these are the best by far.

Great taste, no weird aftertaste, and they mix well. Plus, unlike other brands, I don’t have to use more than the recommended dose to feel the effects.

I can really feel the difference when training, they keep me hydrated through intense sessions and have stopped me from cramping during long rolls.

If you train hard and want to stay hydrated while preventing fatigue, I highly recommend giving them a go.

Grappling labs electrolyte lemon and ginger are my favourite really good flavour and actually works. I’ve had other electrolytes previously and I felt like it was just having sugar and no real long lasting effects in the recovery stage after doing a significant workout particularly while grappling the additional minerals that are in the graphing labs product is absolutely fantastic. These Electrolytes have been an absolute game changer in my hydration. I’m very new at JiuJitsu so this supplement has stopped my headaches.
