This subway has been going downhill ever since they moved locations, but it wasn't until the new manager took over that the decline really took off. The way that she runs the place is anything but efficient, and I have personally witnessed her telling the employees to do the online orders instead of helping the long line of customers who are right in front of them. I have spoken with a friend of mine who works at the subway, and according to them, all of the employees strongly dislike the manager. Since the new manager has started, she has consistently taken a share of the tip pool, which, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), is strictly illegal. Violation of this law (which she has been breaking since she started) can land you some very heavy fines. The manager consiststantly uses the threat of cutting her employees' hours as a leverage tool if they do something she doesn't like. More often than not, she just sits in her office while her employees work and only actually prepares food when the district manager comes by. This is why the subway is doing so bad. The manager is so terrible that she can't keep good employees. Therefore, wait times go up, complaints of food quality rise, and the store falls into ruin. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would, went in after ordering online, missed over half of my ingredients, my extra meat extra cheese, and my avocado, I couldn't call the store because it didn't have an option to talk to anyone, so I came in the next day to show the manger pictures of my food, and surprisingly the manger wasn't in. and the girl that made my sandwich said "oops I guess I did" didn't offer to give me so or fix it. My other sandwich didn't have cheese and only 4 slices of bacon for a foot long. I went in later on to see if I could catch the manger, and nope she wasn't there, they said she would be here at another time. So I came back and NOTHING. The manager wasn't there. The dude with blond hair, he was so rude, didn't want to give me cheese for my pretzel, then tried to not give me a bag, I politely asked for a bag, he bagged up my sandwich and was very aggressive and angry I asked for a bag. For the price we pay or anyone pays you should get what you asked for. I get being short staffed but being extremely rude is not an excuse.

We love subway and thought it was so awesome they were getting a new building. Ever since they moved and opened here we go atleast once a week for a meal. We always had the best experience. Well as of late this has changed. Their new manager isn’t to kind. She almost yells at you when you walk in especially if you don’t answer her “fast enough” shouting “what do you want?!” Or “Can I help you?!” It’s honestly off putting. When I walk into a restaurant I’d like a second to be able to look at the menu “ we don’t always order the same thing” but also a nice “ hi what can I get for you” we’ve watched her be condescending to the workers that we’ve seen working there the longest and putting the most time and effort into working here.
