Was going to take up bowling as a hobby with my family. Went there 1x and after being treated like dirt by an insufferable elderly lady staff that accused us of stealing from them. ( didn't know erasing a frame was stealing, our bad of course!!!) Tried to apologize and explain but she laughed in our faces and was beyond rude. This place doesn't deserve a one star rating.... over priced games, over priced food and drink. Wouldn't give a refund at all for only bowling 2 games, paid for 3. The lanes (approach) were completely dirty, the lanes are not taken care of as they broke down or wouldn't give the ball back almost every other throw. I understand as some things break down but if you read the other comments it seems like it's a pretty common occurrence. I took my two young kids bowling. I bought two games and we were only able to play 4 frames in an hour due to no ball return, the pins not resetting, and other issues. We gave up. I asked for a refund and was told I can not be refunded because I used a debit card. I asked to be refunded in cash and was told no. He offered me two game passes.
