Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sheridan

I have never reported a restaurant for such horrible and unsanitary work by employees and those 2 women making the food should be reported and no longer work here. Horrifying

HORRIBLE ALL AROUND! Sad to say because I boycotted taco bell for years and on a rd trip a couple yrs ago a friend got me eating there again and we had some good experience but never at this location. Well back to the boycott for my family and I due to a horrific experience here.

First off we order about $25 in food, all with no tomatoes add onions. We get our order in the drive thru and realize quickly not one thing has onions. So I go inside just to ask for a side of onions we can put on everything ourselves. This is where the crazy begins. There is nobody in line or the store, 5-6 people behind the counter, 2 busy by the drive thru, one cleaning tables In the lobby and 2 women at the food station using their phones, talking to one another. I say excuse me and wave. They make eye contact and turn around from me refusing to help. I then for 2-3 mins watch them touch their faces, their phones, etc with gloves on and then stick those same gloves into the food bins and eat out of them, never once removing gloves they used for everything, including touching themselves and their phones and they continued to eat directly from the bins they serve people from. Finally after saying excuse me to 2 more gentleman, 1 who also just ignored me and walked away, a younger gentleman said he could help. I explained the situation he said sorry were out of onions and as foe thr girls eating out of the bins, he didn't seem too concnerd, said well they don't speak English. Uhhh okay do they have a food handlers to work here cuz that's 101. I know plenty of amazing cooks at fast food places that don't speak great English but know that's NOT okay. Everyone knows that's not OK. I then said after seeing this I want to return my food we haven't touched and get my money back, well I couldn't find my receipt and even though he could have looked it up as the LAST purchase and knew we were just there he refused to refund anything.

Taco Bell in Sheridan Wyoming looks to be a brand new facility and is located in front of Walmart right on the main drag it's easy to get into the parking lot and easy to get out and it's convenient after shopping at Walmart. On my visit it was Ultra Clean and my wait in line was about 2 minutes and the cashier was very friendly and personable cheerful even and my wait for the food was less than 5 minutes. It was hot and tasted delicious and the portions were generous. If you like hot sauce they got about three different blends that you can add to your tacos or whatever you ordered and that hot sauce recipe is great. You can get a drink with your meal and you get free refills. They have plenty of seats, I like the one by the window facing the Main Street looking out at the Big Horn mountains behind the city of Sheridan Wyoming. I highly recommend this place mostly because of my experience with the friendly staff. Nowadays businesses seem to have staff that treat you as if you are a burden or they are tired and ready to go home this is my third time at this Taco Bell and they are always super friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blown Away by the Service & Quality!

I just had one of the best experiences at Taco Bell in Sheridan, and I had to give a huge shoutout to Dylin and Ivan! I stopped by around 10 PM, not expecting much given the ups and downs this location has had over the years. But wow; I was completely surprised!

Dylin took my order with a great attitude, and Ivan absolutely nailed the food. I ordered a couple of tacos and a burrito, and they were PERFECT honestly, they looked better than the pictures. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and put together with care. Not to mention, they were super quick!

I know this place has gotten a rough reputation at times, and I totally understand how things can get missed when they’re busy, or even when they’re slow. But tonight? They knocked it out of the park. If this is the standard they’re setting now, I’ll definitely be back!
