I've given up on Ace. The people at the Sheridan store are nice, friendly and helpful, and the store is nice But their coupon program is completely bogus -- endlessly complicated and very difficult to qualify. Every time I try to use it, I get hit with some kind of disqualification or exclusion. "Ace Rewards" should be renamed "Ace Frustration." "Ace Rewards" creates much more badwill than customer loyalty. I've pretty much had it. It's not like there aren't five other hardware stores in Sheridan if you must buy locally. But unlike the bigger box store, ACE is small – you don't have to walk five miles to find...
