I rated a 2 because they had what I asked for. I have to say I was blown away at the cost of what I purchased. I went into their shop and asked for the part by part number. I didn't come in clueless needing free advice or anything. I was sure the item might cost a little more, but that's OK. I like to support local businesses. But when they rang me up they charged me 4x what I could have gotten it for anywhere else. I just didn't want to wait a day. I don't consider that a fair price at all for convenience either. It was just absurd. I could have just left and not bought it on principal, but for their 20sec of effort I went ahead and purchased it knowing I would postbthis review. I even mentioned the cost. I knew what I was buying but I'm sure they thought I didn't. I had just come from Wholesale Electric just down the road and had incredible service and very good pricing. I only went to Elliot because WES didn't have eaton breakers. Go to WES first. They will treat you right even if they don't know who you are when you come in the door. 5...
